Enjoyed that the hotel was ideal and had friendly multilingual and attentive staff in the restaurant and at the reception desk. Location: the property was just off a beautiful forest, nature and peaceful evenings, and Medvenica mountain. There was Restoran Tomislav a short walk to the hotel.

We only slept at the standard king room for fresh towels, but thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was in an excellent location very close to a beautiful mountain behind the City of Zagreb.

Hiking in summer and skiing in winter sure kept me busy! The hotel staff were so helpful, I practically had a personal assistant.

Who needs Wi-Fi in their room anyway? It's perfectly fine to sit in the lobby with all the other guests trying to check their email.

Had a fine time. Reasonably clean, good value hotel, the location was stunning and magnificent very close to a beautiful forest and a hill overlooking Zagreb and Zagreb by car. I booked a room with a good bed, a sitting area, a work desk, and an electronic key card. Enjoyed forest view. The service was all in all great!

The hotel is homely, has DECENT staff in the restaurant and at the reception desk. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are fairly clean. The location is beautiful and lovely, it's so close to a beautiful mountain, the mountain peak of Medvednica, and a lovely forest which is quite nice. An in-house restaurant has outstanding meals.

A lovely hotel when we finally got there. A beautiful, serene atmosphere, at the very top of a mountain. The restaurant was about to close when we not there, but we still got to enjoy a very nice dinner, staff did not make us feel rushed to finish. Food was great.

Narrow, very curvy road up to it, with many sharp curves, and some with no guardrail... we kept thinking we needed to turn around and creep back down the mountain, thinking this could not possibly be a road to a hotel with such great sounding advertisements. Once we finally got there, it was great tho. We did burn out the motorcycle brakes the next day coming down the mountain.
